All animals must be paid in full before they will be shipped.  All payment and deposits are non-refundable unless the animals are not produced.  Deposits can be transfered to other purchases.


Shipping within the continental US will be a flat rate of $45 via UPS Next Day Air or FedEX in a styrofoam insulated box with heat/cold packs, as needed.


All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed, unless stated otherwise.  If you are not satisfied with the your new reptile(s), please notify us within 24 hours.  The reptile(s) will either be exchanged or you will receive credit toward other animals, provided that the reptile(s) are safely returned to us.  For returns, buyer will be responsible for shipping back the reptile(s) using a next day service.   There are no cash refunds, only credit will be given.  

Live arrival is guaranteed if a person is home to receive the animals on the first delivery attempt by the shipper.  We do not guarantee live arrival when shipping temperatures are below 45ºF or above 90ºF.  We are not responsible for carrier delays  and our live arrival guarantee does not apply to delayed shipments.  It is the customers responsibility to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if adverse weather conditions arise in your area.  A new shipment date will then be determined.

If the animals are dead on arrival, please email us and/or call us within 2 hours for replacement animals, if possible, or credit toward other animals.  Please do not discard any of the animals until we have advised you to do so.  If we are not contacted within 2 hours of the delivery, we assume that the animals arrived safely.

There is no live arrival guarantee for animals shipped overseas.  No refunds will be issued.  However, our international shipments have been very successful and we have many satisfied customers.
